For Pregnancy Care:

Dr. Rosenberg is available for prenatal appointments with you. You can call 408-358-4832 to speak with Michelle to schedule an appointment. You may also call his Medical Assistant Maddy, who can be reached at 356-0431 ext 277. 

For Gyn Care and Annual Check-ups:

Since April 2 I have not been in my office. You should call Dr. Rosenberg's office at 408-358-4832 to speak with Michelle to schedule an appointment. Identify yourself as one of my patients and you should be well taken care of. I will transfer your records for you. Call or write my office to arrange transfer of records.

If for any reason you choose another doctor for your ongoing care please send me a letter requesting the transfer of records, indicating the address to which they should be sent.

For Prescriptions:

Please call Dr. Rosenberg's office at 408-358-4832 to schedule an appointment in order to get your medicine refilled. At this point (May 15) we are unable to refill medicines for you.
